The 2026 “You’re Beautiful” Luncheon and Style Show benefiting The American Cancer Society was was held on Friday March 27th. The Strittmatter Center for Wellness was a proud underwriter for this event. Tonya Blixt said it best… “Today we gather as a community—- to celebrate life, to honor courage, and to stand together with every person whose life has been touched by cancer.”

1 month ago I had the honor of being one of the “Celebrity Dancers” in the United Way of Denton County Tribute Gala. I am beyond excited that we as a group raised over $301,000 for Denton County United Way. However, after the lights came back on and the tables were cleared and the party dresses were carefully hung back in the closets, the need in the community did not go away. It is still there every single day.

For this reason, we have joined with Women UNITED to participate in their Purses with a Purpose event. We will be collecting items to help single moms in the community. If you would like to join our efforts, then we will be collecting items at the office through February 25th. I will attach a flyer. Thank you!!! 🩷
