This page started 4 years ago from a vision I had to start a non profit that whose mission is to build intentional communities ... I wanted it to be an educational site, to teach people that food can be medicine. After making salsas for years, I started canning and selling it.. I also started making my own pureed baby food after my daughter was born. Since then I've gone on a journey of discovery, learning all I can about different herbs, and veggies and their nutritional value. What we put into our bodies matters! This last four years have been a revolution of the body, mind and soul. Learning all i can about Real Food, healing , stepping away from the mindset of fear, learning to make my own medicine, figuring out how to manifest dreams into realities. I have seen a shift in perceptions and an awakening in the world, it seems to come in waves...Now a new wave is here and I'm really excited for this one. Also, I am about to start school in the fall for controlled environment agriculture, I want to learn how to grow mass amounts of food everywhere..
