One of the most powerful tools we teach clients is learning to challenge anxious thoughts. Your brain might tell you something is dangerous or will go wrong, but is that based on *facts* or just *feelings*?

Here's the difference:

**FEELINGS say:** "I feel like something bad will happen."
**FACTS say:** "What evidence do I actually have?"

Try this the next time anxiety shows up:

1️⃣ Notice the anxious thought
2️⃣ Ask: "Is this based on facts or just how I'm feeling right now?"
3️⃣ Look for actual evidence (not just worry)
4️⃣ Replace the thought with what's actually true

**Example:**
❌ Anxious thought: "I'm going to fail this presentation."
✅ Fact check: "I've prepared well, I've done presentations before, and my boss believes in me."

This is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in action—and it works. When you separate facts from feelings, anxiety loses its power over you.
