Today was a big milestone for me! It was my first time presenting at the ACMA National Conference.

I had the privilege of speaking on Resilience in Case Management from a Therapist’s Lens, and I left feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for the audience, for the conversations, and for the reminder that so many people in healthcare are not only committed to their work, but also open to caring for themselves in the process.

This work matters. These conversations matter. And I’m so honored to be part of it. Thank you!! 💛

Happy Valentine’s Day 💌

I love love.

I love the kind that shows up in long-term partnership — in repair, in laughter, in choosing each other again and again.
I love the kind that deepens friendships and family bonds.
And I deeply love the kind that starts within — the quiet, steady work of learning to be kinder to yourself.

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be about perfection or pressure.
It can be about intention.

Love your partner.
Love your people.
Love your growth.
Love your becoming.
Love yourself — especially in the places that still feel tender.
