It’s officially the holiday season✨

I will be out of office from December 22nd - January 1st so please book your appointments now because those few appointment slots I have left are going fast!!

It’s beginning to look like sauna season❄️

Come on in and warm up! I highly recommend the sauna in the winter to help your body keep detoxing through the cold season! We typically don’t sweat as much in the winter and this can lead to toxins leaving through other channels in your body- this causes symptoms like acne and digestive disruptions.

It’s been one year since I closed on my office space and had an official place of my own. A collective was my vision from the very start and it honestly happened way faster than I was anticipating😅 but I trust the universe when the correct doors open and I’m so glad I did!!

I can now take HSA and FSA cards!! Due to a technical error on my side, because I am absolutely awful with technology, I wasn’t able to accept them until now. But I finally fixed it!!

In some cases those funds can also expire at the end of the year. If that’s the case for you- get yourself an acupuncture package to get ahead on your new year goals!

Listen I love pharmaceuticals for what they’re good for! Modern medicine is truly amazing and saves so many lives. However, my personal goal is to make it so that you never need more than preventative medicine. (But we do love preventative medicine like vaccines!)

My favorite preventative medicine however is acupuncture! Stop the cold before it becomes a sinus infection. Better yet, boost your immune system so that you never even get sick in the first place! And acupuncture can do soooo much more than that. And this isn’t your typical toxic positivity- just manifest a healthy life for yourself nonsense. This is actual science supported preventative medicine that will save you money and energy in the long run.

Basically, take care of your body(especially your nervous system these days) and your body will take care of you!

I work with EDS and the trifecta a LOT. And it’s because I have all 3 too!! But other than just trusting a fellow zebra, how do you know acupuncture helps?

Well because EDS and the trifecta affect almost every system in the body, I think you need a wholistic approach. This means gently treating every system at once. And guess what’s great at that- acupuncture.

I mention the nervous, muscular, and endocrine systems here, but honestly it affects pretty much every system doesn’t it? These are just the main 3 that I’m working with every day but it really does reach much deeper than this unfortunately. Maybe I’ll dig deeper into this after the October Slide is over🫠

You know what I love about acupuncture?
Well, many things. But my favorite is how individualized it can be. Even from week to week the same person can get a reallyyy specialized appointment.
That’s also why I do the pulse diagnosis method! It allows me to see exactly what your body needs in that moment. And it allows me to track your progress very easily and see what area of your body needs more support as you progress!

Spending the extra time to talk to each of my patients before we start the acupuncture is one of my favorite parts of my job! Understanding everything going on with your health, but also in your life, helps me give you as personalized treatment as possible!
