There are literally tens of thousands of different supplements and things that the internet is going to tell you that you NEED for your health. And in my opinion, everyone should take 1-4 supplements every day. it doesn’t need to be that complicated.

Here’s what I currently take every day:

Brodo ginger turmeric bone broth first thing with my Seed probiotics
Put on my barriere patches after I shower- I do NAD+ every other day and a D3 the other day.
At night, I take my Claritin and HistaEze for my MCAS. Right now I’m also taking my HistaEze at lunch because the allergies are hitting so hard right now🫠

I’m also trying different electrolyte brands out but currently I am also using a pack of LMNT a day. I hope to find a better brand soon though so it is not included in the pic!

I rotate my supplements every 3 months or so and take full breaks from all supplements for a week or so in between to give my liver a little rest!

Doing a spring reset is important in Chinese medicine because living according to the seasons is integral to proper health.
Getting up with the sun is also a key tip of Chinese medicine in the spring! And keep resisting those ice cold drinks and smoothies for a little longer, although now salads are a decent spring addition to your diet!

I have one private room still open full time for rent! Rent scale is dependent on how many days you want and is incredibly competitive for the area and amenities! This room has covered storage shelves with the ability to add a sink!

Not all acupuncturists are created equal!!
Because acupuncture is about 6,000 years old, there’s honestly about 6,000 different ways to do acupuncture. And they’re all valid!! But this is how I do acupuncture and what you can expect from a session with me.

My appointment times are officially 75-90 minutes! For the longest time I’ve just used my buffer time between appointments to let people rest longer or spend more time face to face with you all. I decided to stop fooling myself and make it official that each appointment with me guarantees up to 45 minutes of face to face time and up to 45 minutes of rest time!!

Of course, if you need to be out in an hour I can absolutely make that happen. But this now lets me be true to my purpose of being the antithesis of modern medicine pushing you out without giving you the proper amount of time to listen to your concerns and give you quality rest time. I truly believe this is the way that medicine should be and I am beyond happy to provide it.

That being said, my prices will be raising again in April to account for the extra time I’m allowing in my schedule! This will allow me to provide the highest quality of care that you absolutely deserve!

In case I don’t say it enough, thank you for all of your support!!
Whether you see me weekly for acupuncture or just like a few posts here and there- thank you! I said it in a previous post but 2025 was a big year for me with the building purchase and a lot of growth. And growth is not always comfortable! But you all have been so amazing and I owe it all to you!

I hope you all had amazing holidays and are feeling refreshed for the new year!!

I got back to the states last night and cannot wait to see all of you again starting tomorrow!

I don’t talk about the business side of things often, but I surpassed my business goals this year and I cannot thank you all enough for your support. Owning a business (or 2) is not easy but I love what I do SO much! I truly am so grateful that I get to pay my bills by helping people.
That being said, what I’m most grateful for this year is all of you💖 so thank you again for any support you have ever showed my business, it is truly a dream come true!
