My appointment times are officially 75-90 minutes! For the longest time I’ve just used my buffer time between appointments to let people rest longer or spend more time face to face with you all. I decided to stop fooling myself and make it official that each appointment with me guarantees up to 45 minutes of face to face time and up to 45 minutes of rest time!!

Of course, if you need to be out in an hour I can absolutely make that happen. But this now lets me be true to my purpose of being the antithesis of modern medicine pushing you out without giving you the proper amount of time to listen to your concerns and give you quality rest time. I truly believe this is the way that medicine should be and I am beyond happy to provide it.

That being said, my prices will be raising again in April to account for the extra time I’m allowing in my schedule! This will allow me to provide the highest quality of care that you absolutely deserve!

As some of you know, I now offer Pay It Forward Acupuncture! But for the next month- I will match every donation with a matching donation to Immigrant Freedom Fund!!

This means you can buy acupuncture for someone who cannot afford to pay that week, and we will also be helping Immigrant Freedom Fund pay the bonds keeping our Colorado neighbors detained.
I do have sliding scale discounted spots(and have one open right now!), but sometimes even $30 is too much to pay. That means you are also welcome to pay as low as $30 for their acupuncture session as well!

I have been absolutely loving seeing local businesses do fundraisers like this and plan to attend as many as I can. I have a running list if you’d like to join me to some amazing events!

Donation is available at the bottom of the homepage of my website cosmicacupuncturist.com and runs today through all of February!

Whether you see me weekly for acupuncture or just like a few posts here and there- thank you! I said it in a previous post but 2025 was a big year for me with the building purchase and a lot of growth. And growth is not always comfortable! But you all have been so amazing and I owe it all to you!

I hope you all had amazing holidays and are feeling refreshed for the new year!!

I got back to the states last night and cannot wait to see all of you again starting tomorrow!

I don’t talk about the business side of things often, but I surpassed my business goals this year and I cannot thank you all enough for your support. Owning a business (or 2) is not easy but I love what I do SO much! I truly am so grateful that I get to pay my bills by helping people.
That being said, what I’m most grateful for this year is all of you💖 so thank you again for any support you have ever showed my business, it is truly a dream come true!

It’s officially the holiday season✨

I will be out of office from December 22nd - January 1st so please book your appointments now because those few appointment slots I have left are going fast!!

I may also have some little gift bags for everyone who comes in next week👀🎁

I will have a Waitlist available next week in case there are any cancellations and I will be enforcing my late cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule, please do so 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee!

It’s beginning to look like sauna season❄️

Come on in and warm up! I highly recommend the sauna in the winter to help your body keep detoxing through the cold season! We typically don’t sweat as much in the winter and this can lead to toxins leaving through other channels in your body- this causes symptoms like acne and digestive disruptions.

It’s been one year since I closed on my office space and had an official place of my own. A collective was my vision from the very start and it honestly happened way faster than I was anticipating😅 but I trust the universe when the correct doors open and I’m so glad I did!!

I can now take HSA and FSA cards!! Due to a technical error on my side, because I am absolutely awful with technology, I wasn’t able to accept them until now. But I finally fixed it!!

In some cases those funds can also expire at the end of the year. If that’s the case for you- get yourself an acupuncture package to get ahead on your new year goals!

Listen I love pharmaceuticals for what they’re good for! Modern medicine is truly amazing and saves so many lives. However, my personal goal is to make it so that you never need more than preventative medicine. (But we do love preventative medicine like vaccines!)

My favorite preventative medicine however is acupuncture! Stop the cold before it becomes a sinus infection. Better yet, boost your immune system so that you never even get sick in the first place! And acupuncture can do soooo much more than that. And this isn’t your typical toxic positivity- just manifest a healthy life for yourself nonsense. This is actual science supported preventative medicine that will save you money and energy in the long run.

Basically, take care of your body(especially your nervous system these days) and your body will take care of you!
