If your goal is your first pull-up, start here.
We like to build strength with chin-up variations first, then progress to full pull-ups. These three movements lay the foundation and teach you how to control your body and build real pulling strength.
You can use a neutral grip or wide grip depending on your setup. The key is consistency. If you want to be able to pull yourself over the bar, practice one of these variations daily. Small efforts add up fast.
