I have officially completed Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 training! This is a very exciting start of a new chapter of my practice. I will be adding this onto my website as an available modality once I get a little more experience and confidence, but looking forward to deepening in this work and adding another tool to my professional toolbox! Another way to help manage pain, imbalances, and regulate the nervous system.
