It’s a question I’ve been coming back to lately... ✨
As a nurse practitioner, my days are dedicated to the science of health— but these moments are the science of the soul.
From spinning in the Himalayas, carving through fresh powder, and dancing through sand dunes to the quiet awe of forests, full moons, and beach days with my dog, I’ve learned that true wellness isn’t just about what happens in a clinic. It’s about how much joy, wonder, and movement we can fit into one life.
My prescription for today:
1. Go where the air is thin and the trees are thick. 🏔️
2. Dance until your nervous system feels like it’s finally home. 💃
3. Never stop wandering. 🌋
Joy is a practice. Exploration is the medicine. 💫
