“In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity.” - Albert Einstein
Let us come together in our struggle as we slow down, reconnect, and make space for the variety of emotional experiences possible during this unique time. Maybe you’re anxious about loved ones getting sick or dying, maybe you’re feeling socially isolated/scared/lonely, maybe your family members are driving you crazy due to being cooped up together, maybe your work/job has been negatively impacted and you’re worried about supporting yourself and your family, maybe you’re soaking up the time off...any which way, day to day life is different for us all right now and we are all learning how to adapt and live with the uncertainty.
Under times of stress, emotions run high and we risk regression into less mature/healthy means of coping and interpersonal interactions. If you are in California or Denver, please reach out if you are interested in virtual psychological services at a reduced rate to facilitate meaning making or improve communication and coping during this trying time.
