Join Kaela Pauly, PT, DPT for a 3 week supportive zoom series focused on improving movement and flexibility in the ribcage and thoracic spine (mid-back). Enhancing mobility in this area is essential for maintaining upright posture and supporting the natural shifting of weight between the left and right foot during walking. Flexible ribs and spine allow your torso to move freely, helping you stay balanced by keeping your center aligned over your feet. Each 30-minute session will focus on different movements designed to release muscle, joint, or fascial restrictions in different regions of the ribs and spine.

Classes will be held at 10:30 am PST on 12/4, 12/11, and 12/18/25.
