May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
💚Mental health is just as important as physical health, but it’s often overlooked or misunderstood.
Awareness helps:
* Normalize conversations about conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress
* Highlight the importance of early intervention and support
* Educate people on recognizing signs in themselves and others
💚Little things you can do:
* Check in with friends or family and ask how they’re doing
* Take time to care for your own mental health (rest, boundaries, meditation, exercise, hobbies).
