Some days call for more than a quick shower.
When my body feels heavy or overworked, I run a bath, dim the lights, and pour in a generous scoop of mineral soaking salts.
I slip into the water and feel the warmth start to ease tired muscles and quiet my mind. I don’t rush it. I don’t bring my phone. I just soak, breathe, and let the minerals do their work.
By the time I step out, my body feels lighter, and my thoughts feel less cluttered. Sleep comes easier on nights like this.
It’s a simple ritual, but it reminds me that rest is productive too.
