"Every single day you face the same two questions:
1. Something you KNOW you should do… but don’t FEEL like doing? Can you make yourself do it anyway?
2. Something you know you shouldn’t do… but really WANT to? Can you stop yourself?"

Kudos to Andy Purcell — there’s no growth in the comfort zone.
That just means put yourself under the pressure. It’s okay to go under that pressure cooker to really challenge yourself. You may not succeed, but this is just practice for when the real pressure comes — you’re going to be able to perform and still perform at an elite level.

It starts the moment you decide who you're going to become — then back it up with action, even on the days you don't feel like it.
