So often I’m told that you thought taking GLP-1 would make everything easier 🥹 but here’s what I wish you knew sooner….

You think because you’re not hungry, means you don’t need to think about food. You’ve been conditioned to think less food is better. 😭

It’s confusing to hear your need to eat if you’re not hungry and can cause you to second-guess yourself.

Doing what you think you should be doing. Wondering why it still wasn’t working.

What I wish you knew when you started is this:
👉 Appetite is smaller… but your body’s needs don’t disappear.

Everything starts to shift when you stop winging it and start using simple structure.

That’s why I made this post.

Because if you’re in this season right now, I want you to know you’re not alone.

Life is wild, isn’t it? 😅

For me the combo of a GLP-1 + ADHD makes it a full time focus to keep food in me regularly. (Remember, that’s the goal!! No skipping meals 😤)

Sometimes you’re nailing eating regularly and feeling AMAZING and other times… not so much. (Cue the nausea, fatigue, headaches, weakness 🫣) Sometimes I do make myself giggle when I’m trying to figure out why I feel so sick & then I realize I did it to myself 😭🫩

To think there are still women on GLP-1 out there who think feeling drained all day is the norm… *cries internally 😭*

Some tips are so good, they should probably be illegal…

I couldn’t keep these to myself, so here’s a few insider advice for women on GLP-1 who want steady results + energy that actually work:

1️⃣ Eat your meals in two sittings that are ~1 hour apart
2️⃣ Use a default plate formula
3️⃣ Schedule snacks like appointments
