Dental Assistant Spotlight!

Hello! My name is Brynn and I recently moved to Colorado from California. I am currently a pre-dental student and applying to dental school soon! I love going to fun coffee shops and spending time in nature. I love being a pediatric dental assistant because I like to make kids laugh and have fun at the dentist!

We made this video (and saved it on our Instagram story highlights where you can read it slower with your little one) so the kids can gain confidence in our visit before they arrive. This can be great for younger kiddos, those who have had a hard time at the dentist before, or those on the autism spectrum who use social stories or visual schedules at home.

Dr. Murray grew up with two little sisters and family friends always around. It is always fun to have families come in together. We love pairing sibling appointments to allow younger kids to watch their siblings, and find it helps older kids feel more brave and comforted to have the little ones around too!

We were so excited to spend the last few days with our dental peers at the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention. We took classes about teeth, kids, and community so we can be the best that we can be!
