Your finger tips are antennas. 🌲

You don’t have to hug a tree, you can simply touch it with your finger tips. Breath in and breath out.

The energy of the tree will begin to flow into your body and all around you, grounding you, loving you, holding you and protecting you.

Protecting your mind is so important right now. Being online is so wild. Its constantly “feeding” you mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Every scroll can create a new emotion either happy, sad, angry or laughing all in 5 minutes. That can cause so many issues with your mental health. Make sure your feed is good!

The other day when preparing for sessions I had a moment where the energy of the earth came up and into my energy body and I heard this is what humanity will return to. The antidote. 💚

Always Grateful to the Ancestors of each Land I visit and the Shamans that came before us who led the way.
