We are just 2 weeks into the New Year and I hope all your plans and goals are landing for you!
I always start the year in a gentle and reflective way and coach my clients this way as well.
I am not one that sets the world on fire with a bunch of resolutions that end up on the failure list by February because I have a system that is a supportive lifestyle. I live each day with intention.
I do however, enjoy doing a supportive reset for my system a couple times a year that involves a little more focus on my nutrition and supporting the organs to function properly. Tuning into what feels like it is working for me and what is not.
This balances out gut microbiome, hormones, Immune system and energy production, keeps cravings at bay, tunes my body to the seasons and helps me to feel better during the day and sleep better at night.
