Up in Boulder Colorado for a continuing education class called Biodynamic Cranial Sacral therapy. There is a creek by the school that I’ve spent some time by. Yesterday I just listened to the water and sat with nature. This morning, I looked into the mountains on the drive to class and I’m reminded why I chose to come to Colorado. I let out my joyful and playful side with a sound bath by the creek with a sound bowl on my head. Water washes away the negative energy and brings nourishment. The mountains remind me of the strength we have within ourselves and nature is grounding. I am thankful and grateful.
