2 years ✌🏼ago today I moved into aligned. Orthodontics. I remember it vividly: quickly assembling furniture, figuring out where this massive inventory I ordered would be organized into for a perfect functionality, esthetically viewing all of my choices finally in the space that was merely a vision for over a year, cleaning every bit of dust and glass. 😮💨I couldn’t believe it was finally here, after months of construction delays due to a botched cabinet job and redo… the practice I had obsessed over every detail was being physically assembled.
Next, the real work began - operating as seamlessly as possible and welcoming the patients who had patiently waited for us to open our doors, hoping our community would find us and take a chance on us. Delicately but quickly scaling our team to carefully hire the highest quality, beautiful souls. 🤍
Opening a business from scratch is a grind, a rollercoaster, a physical and emotional marathon of perseverance - but it’s been the American Dream for me to have an opportunity to do this. My vision has always been crystal clear: offer Denver the highest quality comprehensive orthodontics that considers the mouth as a system that needs to breathe, eat, speak, and look great for many years to come🤓. We are different, and we will not stop elevating ourselves and what we bring to our community.
