Super Easy Cheesy Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients
2 Cups riced cauliflower (microwaved for 30 secs, squeezed and dried with paper towel)
1 cup crushed pork rinds
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ cup parmesan
2 eggs
Seasonings of choice ( I do a 1 tsps of salt and pepper, ½ tsps of paprika and garlic powder
Mix them altogether, shape them to tots, Air fried them @ 400F for 10-15 mins
Add in a SF ketchup for dip. Easy peasy!!!
