‼️ NEW THERAPIST ALERT ‼️
Meet Kerrick Crace, LPCC
“Hi, I’m Kerrick (they/them) — provisionally licensed psychotherapist, and trauma researcher.
I want to begin by honoring the tender courage it takes to even search for healing — especially when you’ve been taught that your pain, your body, or your authenticity is too much, not enough, or unworthy of care. I’m here to say: you make sense. Your pain is real. And healing is possible — not by becoming someone else, but by coming home to yourself.
I am a white, pansexual, neurodivergent, socialized-male, adopted, non-binary person, raised in a conservative & Christian fundamentalist household in the American Southeast. These “social locations“ deeply shape my understanding of identity, trauma, safety, systemic harm, and the sacred reclamation process that healing truly is. My first career was as a musician and audio engineer, focusing most of my work on film music and sound production — music and sound serve as deep portals of wisdom for me and I often utilize it with clients in various forms.
My work centers individuals navigating:
Q***r trauma and identity fragmentation
Religious deconstruction and spiritual reclamation
Complex PTSD, dissociation, grief, high sensitivity, and nervous system dysregulation
Self-worth struggles, inner critic parts, and internalized oppression
Non-binary spirituality, ancestral disconnection, decolonization, and embodied truth
I blend contemplative psychotherapy, somatic, narrative, depth, and parts-based modalities with Buddhist psychology, and quantum healing, creating spacious, nonlinear, and deeply personalized pathways for integration.
Whether through therapy, group ritual, or full-spectrum healing immersion, I aim to hold refuge for your becoming — and to walk with you through the shadows, thresholds, and resurrections of this life.
You are not broken. You are not too late. You are becoming. You are allowed to be witnessed in your wholeness.
We heal together.”
