You have a system that’s been overwhelmed for too long.

Holistic health isn’t just swapping products, taking supplements, or eating cleaner.

That’s surface-level.

True holistic health asks a deeper question:
Why is your body struggling in the first place?

Because most chronic symptoms don’t start in the body…
they start in the nervous system.

When you’ve lived in stress, trauma, survival mode, your body adapts.

It shifts into protection.

And over time, that looks like:

I love supplements.
I use them.
I make them.
I recommend them.

Because when your body is depleted, overwhelmed, or out of balance…

But here’s what most people don’t realize:

Natural doesn’t mean “nothing happens.”

It means something is happening.

This is what my eye looks like currently:

So I did a little research today because to me the eye looks really bad and I noticed that when I had some other things that I was bleeding and if that’s not normal for me so here’s what I learned and I wanted to pass this on

• Omega-3 + Resveratrol + CoQ10
👉 Can collectively increase bleeding tendency

So if you’re taking these and you’re having any sort of procedure done or you’re prone to bleeding at your own blood thinners are ready you might want to look at your supplements before you take them

You don’t need:
More discipline
More restriction
More pressure

You need safety.

🖤 This is where most people sabotage themselves:

They feel overwhelmed…
So they try to force structure.

They feel exhausted…
So they push harder.

They feel out of control…

So it resists.

Everyone wants to make this about choices.

Eat better.
Work out more.
Stop the bad habits.

But let’s be real for a second…

👉 If it were that simple, you would’ve already done it.

💥 This isn’t just willpower.

This is your nervous system.

When your body is stuck in survival mode…

You don’t crave discipline.
You crave relief.

Sugar.
Alcohol.
Scrolling.
Staying busy.
Shutting down.

👉 Not because you’re weak.
👉 Because your body is trying to regulate the only way it knows how.

🖤 And this is where masculine and feminine energy come in.

When your masculine is overdriving:
You push.
You force.
You override your body.

Everyone wants to talk about healing…
But no one wants to talk about what’s actually out of balance.

You don’t have a motivation problem.
You don’t have a discipline problem.

👉 You have an energy imbalance.

⚖️ You were designed to hold BOTH:
Feminine energy (flow, feeling, intuition, connection)
Masculine energy (structure, action, direction, boundaries)

But most people are living in extremes.

💥 Overactive Masculine looks like:
Constantly pushing
Never resting
Trying to control everything
Feeling disconnected from yourself
Burnout that won’t go away

You’re “getting things done”…
But your body is paying the price.

🌊 Wounded Feminine looks like:
Overwhelmed
Stuck
Overly emotional but no direction
People-pleasing
Waiting instead of choosing

You feel everything…
But nothing is changing.
