World Doula Week was a couple weeks ago and during it, we took time as a group to reflect on what we have learned from this work and what it has given to us.

What an incredible honor it is to hold this space and to have our lives grow and be enriched by it. The deep lessons of this work expand far beyond the birth space.

A deep gratitude for all of you who have allowed us to hold space for you in birth and postpartum, in joy and grief. We do not take it lightly. 💛

Why our course? ⤵️

There are a lot of childbirth education courses out there, but we found a severe lack of education that is focused on preparing for unmedicated birth AND also learning about common interventions, how to do a risk/benefit analysis for yourself, and advocating for yourself.
Most classes are on one end of the spectrum or the other.

We love unmedicated birth and helping people prepare for it, and we also know that sometimes birth is unpredictable.

We really believe learning about these things ahead of time helps prevent birth trauma and that’s why we are passionate about this class we poured our hearts, wisdom, experience, and knowledge into.

Join us for our next upcoming course starting July 15th! On Monday evenings in our cozy space in South Denver.
