We’re celebrating a big milestone for the practice today! We just hit 100 five-star reviews on Google, and while we are so excited, we are also so thankful.

Navigating pelvic health can be overwhelming. It’s a specialized field, and it’s often difficult to know who to trust with such personal challenges. We hear from patients all the time that they weren’t sure where to turn until they read about someone else’s experience.

Dr. Kaitlyn brings 10 years of physical therapy experience, blending her deep orthopedic knowledge with 8 years of focused pelvic health expertise. She’s also one of the few pelvic health PTs in Colorado with advanced training in providing affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Known for her expertise, quick wit, and genuine kindness, Dr. Kaitlyn fits right in with the Sage PT vibe. We can’t wait for you to meet her, work with her, and see firsthand the difference her compassionate, skilled care can make ⭐️

New mom update emails make us feel the warm fuzzies 🥰

Why go into game day without going to practice?! Make sure your pelvic floor and core know what to do automatically when the day comes. Learn and *actually practice* perineal stretching, coordination, types of push breathing, push positioning, and more. When your body and brain are confident and prepared, you'll have a smoother delivery experience and less to recover from postpartum.

Also, yes please to the newborn pics.
