So grateful for the time local teachers took to connect with us this week (some of you even agreed to do it over spring break!!!) 💛

We had the opportunity to share a few simple, practical ways to support students as they head into testing season—focusing on regulation, building confidence, and helping kids feel more prepared for these mentally taxing days.

It’s always inspiring to see the care, intention, and thoughtfulness teachers bring to supporting the whole child. Even small moments to pause, breathe, and reset can make a meaningful difference for students. 

Teachers, thank you for all that you do every single day—we appreciate you more than you know. 🙌
