My sparkle pants I got for $1 left trails of sparkles wherever I went! 😂 I closed out this year of “Resonance” with the same group I welcomed 2025 in with (that was my word for 2025)

I’ve embarked on a whole great journey with Sound Healing this past year and brought beautiful souls into my life.

What I love about drumming circles is that it takes a life form of its own with everybody in it contributing their vibration.

Do you know the strongest instrument in this drumming circle was the cowbell! Listen to the video!

I never would think something so small could call in the herd!

This is the same for you. You may be small, but you are a vibrational force to keep the circle in coherence. Do not underestimate your resonance.

I didn’t expect to run into some old friends I haven’t seen in years. Also met lots of new friends to kickstart my new year of RELAXED STURDINESS. (2026 vibe) this is my bliss and feeling so satiated.

How do you use AI: your natural AI or ChatGPT?

Are you tapped into your intuition? Are you listening to it for your guides? Are you having fun with it?

These days I question all the things that I see if it’s real or not real.

With my stuff you always know it’s real because of the mistakes I have information is coming in at lightning speed for all of us. Be you sure that you’re grounded in some form.

I use my voice recorder a lot. As creativity waves come in I record it and I filter it later.

Behind-the-scenes: I took Bella to a space clearing and she practiced her magic — complete with adorable goof-ups.

The client — who’s starting a new chapter — loved it; Bella’s play reminded him to call back his child-self and showed us both that we learn by practicing, not by being perfect.
We don’t become something in a day; we overestimate what we can do in a year but underestimate what we can do in three, and when you clear physical and energetic space (I already cleared mine), the universe has room to align with your dreams.

This is behind the scenes of one of my recent space clearings. At the end of my services I always do some kind of closing ritual to ground the energy.

It’s a completion time so you want to clear the deck for the new energies to come in.  Be proactive and direct the energy.

Nothing has to be wrong, you realize that you are ready for more.  If something is off, then this will help you get back into alignment. Let’s upgrade your grids.

I am pet sitting for the next five days for a friend. I’m using these five days as a personal reclaiming retreat. It starts with a tea ceremony where I’m STILL in my HEART.

There are so many ways to do tea ceremonies.

This is the Cha Dao ritual. I’m playing with ways to share this with conscious companies humans, and families. It is a practice of stillness, presence, wisdom, creativity, prosperity and community.

Today I invited my ancestors and spiritual animal guides. I also decided to change it up with chai teas because my friend has sooo many good ones.
I’m in a membership with Tracee Stanley and this is one of her classes. Even though I have a good basis for tea, I need to back to level one as caught up in the doing of it and not noticing.

We are doing a tasting. 😆 OMG I love them all and tasting all the richness.

Rituals must be simple. It’s also a combination of depth and play. It’s about intentional and silencing the noise.
