Standing proudly since 1931, the Fairmount Mausoleum is a masterpiece of Greek Doric architecture and a Denver Historic Landmark. Built with California granite and adorned with Alabama and Tennessee marble, this community mausoleum houses nearly a century of history within its walls.

Beyond its stately columns lies a serene interior filled with exquisite stained-glass windows by Denver’s own Watkins Family, serene statuary, and the final resting places of many of Denver’s founders, including Charles Boettcher, Frederick Bonfils, and Dr. Florence Rena Sabin.

Today, it stands as a peaceful sanctuary and a lasting tribute to craftsmanship, memory, and community.
