CPS is coming to Colorado Springs on Monday, April 6th! The CPS SoCO Ambassador and CPS Membership Committee will be hosting a Town Hall and networking event at Urban Animal Brewing Co. (3629 Star Ranch Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) from 6:00pm-9:00pm!

Join us for some food, refreshments, networking and some Monday Night Trivia. Come learn about CPS and what we’ve been up to. Give us your thoughts on the pharmacy profession and how we can help. Come to any or all of the activities! 

Pharmacists, technicians, residents, fellows, students, and interns are all welcome. Both members and non-members may attend! We hope to see several of you there!

Today is the American Diabetes Association Alert Day! Held every fourth Tuesday in March, today is a one-day wake-up call asking the American public to take the Diabetes Risk Test to find out if they are at risk for developing Type 2 diabetes.

Pharmacists in every setting are a crucial provider when it comes to diabetes care. Whether it’s checking A1Cs in the community, adjusting treatments in the clinic setting, or caring for patients in hospitals, pharmacists are a crucial part of the diabetes team!
