Dare I say this???

Take your eyes and attention off of the present moment ✨️ (note: when you are in a safe space to do so)

Just for a brief moment. Take time to look within and ask yourself where you are going. How do you envision your highest self? What does he/she look like? How are you experiencing life?

We can get very caught up in the now with doing and becoming. We need to also pause, reflect and create intention. We need to get off of the spinning wheel and be sure to be walking with intention.

Let's do more than simply existing or surviving. Let's create a very intentional experience. We are deserving.

Just ordered hundreds of books.

Halima the Hyper Hippo is getting ready to make her debut and plant some seeds at the following upcoming events.

The Sazonando la Salud Mental conference which is designed for professionals serving in the Mental Health field. The conference will be held on September 26th & 27th in Denver.

Latin Cultural Arts Center workshops which will be held throughout Denver for the month of October.

Our Minds, Our Power Youth Mental Wellness Workshop occurring September 20th in Aurora.

Let's continue to normalize talking about Mental Health with our youth.
