ONE Yoga Denver ONE Yoga is Denver’s premier yoga studio and we have some news! We are merging into Buka Yoga AND opening a new space in the spring of 2026!

We are a warm-hearted, friendly place where you can belong and feel great… body, mind and spirit! We are currently located within the world class Lion’s Den Training facility (5058 S Syracuse St, Denver, CO 80237)

The yoga studio is led by long-time DTC yogis, Karey and Matt Goebel and a team of Colorado’s most beloved yoga teachers. Whether you are a brand-new beginner yoga student, an advanced yogi, or something in-between, ONE Yoga has the perfect class to help you get flexible, strong and centered. ONE Yoga provides more than 20 great yoga classes each week! Plus we offer Denver’s best Yoga Teacher Trainings. We offer heated power yoga and unheated traditional hatha yoga. So you can choose to sweat and groove. Or you can slow things down and quiet your mind, and even learn to meditate. We are thrilled to move our studio to the world class Lion’s Den Training facility.

Here…we…go!

I know many of you were hoping for a space sooner…welp, that is the reality of construction. Design approval, permits, city/county approvals…and then construction can start. We’re here now and it should move pretty fast…still targeting a move in of late June.

Jenn’s class on Sundays at 10:30am…we have no-one else in the space for the day…meaning you get to fully relax….

We’re about 2.5 months out from our new space…and we love seeing new faces showing up, sharing their practice with us and cheering us on as we grow into our next evolution.

We’re a different sort of yoga studio where we teach to the regulation of the nervous system, connection to breath and mindset. We have a class for everyone…whether you are a beginner and don’t know where to start or a seasoned yoga student looking to expand even more your practice. We got you.

Our new logo is slowly making its way out into the world…and soon you’ll see a new logo for ONE when we officially move to our new studio in late June!

This logo took some time…we wanted to honor the hummingbird of Buka (which means laughter) and the OM symbol of ONE (the universal sound)…and I think what we came up with is pretty great. We want to honor ONE where we can in the space in our messaging bc this community has endured 20 years of change. We’re not here to change that, we’re here to unify like minded communities together into something so powerful…so different. As Karey would say…the “audible exhale” in the tech center and beyond.

Our values across the teams remains the same…we are here for you and the communities that surround us. On the mat is just as important as off the mat.

It was a good day! Plumbing underway, flooring picked out and some other goodies! We’re a little behind schedule bc of some issues with permits, but hopefully not too long! Fingers crossed for a mid-June move in!

Our Story

Today’s ONE Yoga is a special yoga studio! We are warm and welcoming! We offer classes for EVERYBODY, whether you are a brand new beginner or a very experienced yogi looking for new challenges and great instructors. ONE Yoga is a one-of-a-kind, independent studio, locally-owned by long-time DTC yogis, Karey and Matt Goebel.

At the heart of ONE Yoga are our guiding principles: Teach extraordinary yoga classes. Practice compassion, authenticity and kindness. Create an inclusive and welcoming community of students and teachers. Help our community grow and evolve, build strength, resilience, self-acceptance and peace in their bodies, minds and hearts.

Karey is an E-500 RYT with Yoga Alliance. She has been part of the yoga scene in the Denver Tech Center for more than a decade. She has carefully cultivated a group of local teachers who are the very best, long-term teachers in the area, many of whom hold a 500 RYT training or greater. ONE also regularly hosts traveling international teachers and is proud to host Christina Sell, Desiree Rumbaugh, Sean Haleen and many more. Whether you are looking for Power, Restorative, Alignment, Gentle, Restorative or Hatha, ONE Yoga offers a class that will meet your needs.
