Spring schedules fill up fast.
Longer days, more activities, more input.

A gentle reminder to pace the week, protect your evenings, and let support in where you can.

Busy doesn’t have to mean overwhelmed.

Save this for when your calendar starts filling up.

You can always tell when a home finally gets good sleep.

Mornings feel softer.
Coffee tastes better.
Everything just feels a little easier.

Built-in safety helps make that kind of rest possible.

Dysregulation can look different for every kid, but at its core, it’s when their body and brain feel overwhelmed and can’t find their way back to calm.

What’s one small shift that tells you regulation is changing?

Share this with another caregiver today. It might help them notice it too.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day.

For many families, awareness isn’t something you post about. It’s something you live.

It shows up in the way you anticipate sensory shifts, prepare for transitions, advocate in meetings, and protect your child’s energy in spaces that were not built with them in mind.

If you want to mark today in a way that feels real:

♾️ Notice progress others might miss
♾️ Reach out to another parent in a similar path
♾️ Check in with yourself
♾️ Share something that’s helped your family

The way you show up every day already matters. We’re really glad you’re here 💙

How are you honoring today? Share below for a chance to win a $50 gift card to enjoy with your loved one.

We’ll randomly select a winner on April 9 at 12am MT and contact them via only.

Something that doesn’t get talked about enough is how much expertise develops inside your own home. The first year navigating disability can feel like gathering information nonstop. Over time, that turns into instinct.
Where have you grown more confident in advocacy, in setting boundaries, in trusting your read on your child?
We’d love to hear how that evolution has shown up for you!

💙💛 It’s World Down Syndrome Day 💙💛
This year’s global theme is Together Against Loneliness. Research shows that people with Down syndrome experience loneliness at significantly higher rates, often because of barriers in education, employment, and community spaces.
Belonging grows through consistent friendships, welcoming environments, and meaningful participation.

If you’re wondering what that looks like in real life, here are a few simple ways to practice inclusion every day:

• Invite, don’t assume. Extend the invitation to birthday parties, group projects, playdates, and community events.
• Presume competence. Offer support when needed, but keep expectations high.
• Make space for real roles. In classrooms, teams, and workplaces, inclusion means meaningful participation!
• Build friendships intentionally. Encourage peer connections that extend beyond structured settings.

Today we’re thinking about connection in its real, everyday form, The kind we hope lasts longer than a single date on the calendar.
