How our bodies heal

🤔 Did you know that the human body is a self-healing organism?
Sometimes we do not give our body enough time to heal on its own. So here are a few ways you can make sure that you are body is performing its best and is able to heal itself most efficiently:
🍎 Eat more real food like veggies, fruits, nuts/seeds (but don't obsess or overly deprive yourself- that will backfire!)
😊 Get adjusted
🏊‍♂️ Move your body regularly (hey dance parties!)
🤯 Minimize stress (scroll less, outside more, deep breathing)
💦 Stay hydrated (if you have problems getting in H2O- try watermelon, cucumbers, and other hydrating foods)
🛌 Get adequate sleep
Any time you feel stressed about your health, simply notice how quickly we heal if we get a cut. Our bodies are incredible, and they function even better when we treat them well 🥰
