I know weâve all been there; something funny happens and you âtweakâ an ankle or other joint while doing an activity. It doesnât feel serious at first and the thought âit can heal on its ownâ crosses your mind.
Then 2 months later there is now a nagging/annoying sensation or pain that âjust wonât go awayâ.
Yes, our bodies are MADE to HEAL. AND. They require the proper environment to do so.
Rehab rule of thumb when it comes to pain is that the duration at which youâve had it is likely the same amount of time to recover from it đ
Maybe read that again.
Maybe get evaluated early on & have guidance of an expert to prevent long recoveries.
