Tepeyac Community Health Center inspires health, wellbeing, and humanity in our community

Tepeyac Community Health Center was founded in a small house in North Denver by a dedicated group of community volunteers. While our facilities have grown to include 11 exam rooms, 5 counseling rooms and a wellness campus, we continue to treat patients as la familia of Tepeyac, a story of faith and healing that holds special significance to many of our patients. The rose and mountain in our logo symbolize this miracle and our mission as a gateway to health for the medically underserved.

As we celebrate the joy of the season, Tepeyac Community Health Center will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve (December 24) so our team can spend time with loved ones.

Anyone can be at risk for , no matter age, race, or gender. But earlier detection can help patients continue to lead long, healthy lives. 💖

At Tepeyac, we now offer FREE HIV rapid testing to our patients who are 18+. If you receive a diagnosis, our team is here to provide care that can help you become virally undetectable, meaning the level of HIV in your blood is so low that standard tests no longer detect it and the risk of passing it through sexual contact is eliminated.
