We are pleased to announce the acquisition of The Sheridan at Green Oaks in Lake Bluff, Illinois.

Rebranded as Modena Green Oaks, the Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community will officially join Solera Senior Living’s growing portfolio of exceptional senior living communities.

This strategic addition reflects Solera’s continued commitment to aligning with high-quality communities that embody exceptional hospitality, proactive and preventative wellness, and operational excellence. We look forward to building upon the strong foundation already established at Green Oaks while thoughtfully enhancing the resident and team member experience.

This acquisition was made possible through Arcole, a senior housing platform launched by Town Lane and industry veteran Kelly Sheehy. We are proud to partner with organizations that share our long-term conviction in the senior living sector and our commitment to elevating the standard of care and experience.

With this addition, Solera now operates 15 communities across nine states, further strengthening our presence in key markets and advancing our mission to redefine the senior living experience for today's and tomorrow’s residents.
