We’re proud to share that Amy Ford, Director of Sales and Marketing & Mentor at The Reserve at Lake Austin, has been named Chair of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association Capital of Texas Chapter. 💜

For more than 20 years, Amy has supported the Association — inspired by her own family’s journey with Alzheimer’s — through creative fundraising, community events, and tireless advocacy. This year alone, her efforts helped raise over $26,000 for the Austin Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Amy’s passion, empathy, and leadership inspire all of us at Solera Senior Living to live vibrantly with purpose.

Melissa, who is celebrating 5 years with Solera, has been a driving force in shaping its culture of excellence since her time as Executive Director at Trulee Evanston, where she led the community through its successful opening and growth. In her most recent contributions, Melissa played an instrumental role in strengthening Solera’s Mentorship Program, developing the framework for senior-level leadership roles, and supporting impactful programming at the 2025 Solera Innovation Summit.

In this newly created role, Melissa will lead the design and implementation of Solera’s leadership development and culture initiatives — programs focused on cultivating talent, enhancing engagement, and reinforcing the core values that define the Solera experience.

Her deep operational understanding, creativity, and people-first leadership approach make her uniquely suited to help advance Solera’s mission and vision for the future.
