I am launching Elemental Balance 2026.🌟🌟🌟
This course was born from my deep passion for transformation through qi gong, yin yoga, and honoring the cycles of the new and full moons, solstices, and equinoxes. I originally created Elemental Balance as my capstone project for my undergraduate studies at Naropa University and successfully ran the program in 2024. This past year, I intentionally paused the course during pregnancy and the birth of my son.
Now, I am opening the doors again and inviting a small group of dedicated souls to step into this year-long journey with me.
Elemental Balance is a twelve-month online course designed to harmonize the elements within and cultivate a deep relationship with the changing seasons.
We meet live twice weekly for one-hour classes:
Thursdays from 4–5 pm MST
Saturdays from 4–5 pm MST
Each class weaves together principles of Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory, acupressure, Nāda (sound) yoga, yoga nīdrā, dharma talks, and contemplative journaling. One class each week is devoted to a full qi gong or yin yoga practice, while the second class shifts to honor the energetic rhythms of the New and Full Moons, Solstices, and Equinoxes.
The final class of each month includes an optional thirty-minute live group check-in for reflection, integration, and support. Participants seeking personalized guidance may also submit journaling questions for coaching.
Each month includes an on-demand library with a meditation, breathing practice, short yin yoga and qi gong sequences, and a monthly mantra, all aligned with the corresponding element and season.
