I will be doing group sessions for smoking cessation Saturday, December 9 and December 16 on zoom from 3:00-5:00. If you or someone you know is ready to enjoy the holidays and enter 2024 as a non-smoker, please reach out and I will send the forms and secure the investment you are making in yourself before the session. I will be doing these sessions as a coach so I can work with anyone even if they are not in Colorado. I am limiting the sessions to 15 people at a time for the best results, so quick response is important.

It is National pizza day! I do not have a picture of my favorite keto pizza. Most of the items purchased at Trader Joe’s: Cauliflower crust, Pesto sauce, 3 cheeses with pizza seasoning, pepperoni and a little Italian sausage. Pictured is a pepperoni/italian sausage pizza I made using a “breadstick” keto crust- mostly cheese in the crust. I can’t just casually get pizza but love making mine keto friendly.

Absolutely true, may we who who have lost loved ones Rest In Peace!

When someone passes, we say RIP.

Rest In Peace.

I’ve been thinking about this lately — especially the past few days after losing a couple people who mattered to me. 🤍

Rest in Peace is our wish, our prayer for them as they leave this world.

But the truth is... they don’t need this prayer. They ARE at peace. Absolved of the pain that is to be human.

That wish, that prayer, to Rest In Peace...

It’s for us.

For those who loved them, for those who knew them, for those who... even if we only recognize the name or not at all... are now left with the sadness.

We need peace as we reconcile a life gone. We need peace as we seek to understand how and why. We need peace as we catch our breath from the suddenness, the shock of it all or peace as a long, painful story finally comes to a close. We need peace as we think about the things they will never do again, the people they will never see. We need peace as we think about a family whose life has been shattered. We need peace as our minds gradually accept that, at some point, it will be us. We need peace as we are forced to consider how fragile life really is.

We need peace as we pick up the pieces and live.

Whoever you’ve lost, however you lost them... this is my wish, my prayer for you. For all of us.

That each day, we find Peace and share the stories of the ones we’ve laid to rest.

Looking ahead to 2023, 2022 has been amazing! I always pick a word for the year. This year was EXPAND. I have done the prep work to expand to adding coaching online, it was a year of double blessings! 2023 my word is ACTION, time to put some gas on it! Look for my ad and join me in April! I will have passed my LMFT exam and have the paperwork turned in to be fully licensed! One thing at a time just makes more sense to me so I can give my clients my full attention. I expect the months ahead to be filled with clients, call for a free consultation. What is your word for the year 2023?!
