2 weeks ago, I decided to take on something that scared me — indoor snow sledding! It might sound small, but it was a reminder that real growth begins when we lean into discomfort and take a few calculated risks. The same has been true for my business journey this year.
2025 has been a year of stepping out with confidence and seeing the results of that courage. Some of the highlights I’m proud to celebrate include:
• Welcoming my first several paying clients — turning vision into reality.
• Reaching 10 five-star Google reviews (thank you for the trust and encouragement!).
• Speaking at multiple senior living communities and health fairs about medication safety and health awareness.
• Sharing medication insights with a Parkinson’s support group and local audiences eager to learn how to manage their health safely.
• Giving my website a beautiful facelift to better reflect my mission and services.
• Appearing on a television interview that helped more people discover what pharmacist health consulting can do for them.
Every opportunity reinforced the same lesson: when you take risks and keep showing up with purpose, confidence follows.
As I look ahead, I’m filled with gratitude for 2025 and excitement for what’s to come. Here’s to even more courage, connection, and growth in 2026 — and to helping more people make informed, confident choices for their health.
