Breakfast can be tough! I don’t tend to give a lot of nutrition advice in my practice, BUT one piece I DO often give is eating breakfast ☀️
Oftentimes folks struggle to eat breakfast for so many relatable reasons, but then they struggle with feeling too ravenous by the afternoon and evening and feel like they’re eating out of control.
If you can, start your day with some kind of food! It doesn’t have to be breakfast food. Maybe you really like spicy pickle chips (second slide) and that’s what gets you to eat in the morning! That’s great!
