I couldn’t think of a better way to support my own mental health than hanging with a bunch of at the Mother’s Day Rager put on by and !

singing 🎶 +
an entire venue filled to the brim with ONLY other amazing moms 🧍‍♀️👯‍♀️
= medicine for the body, heart, mind & soul 💖💫🌀

The energy in the room was palpable and bright and filled with power and love. Thank you all for showing up and thank you to the amazing mamas who helped create this sacred space!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Women’s Yoga + Talk finished up tonight. What a beautiful six weeks we shared together - journeying through the landscape of our minds, exploring our bodies, and embracing our emotions.

To say that this group of 8 courageous women was something special is an understatement. The ways in which they bravely & vulnerably shared, the genuine connections they made, and the lessons learned is all such a gift.

What’s next? See you this Fall for a Women’s One Day Retreat. Hope to see you there.
