I couldn’t think of a better way to support my own mental health than hanging with a bunch of at the Mother’s Day Rager put on by and !

an entire venue filled to the brim with ONLY other amazing moms 🧍‍♀️👯‍♀️
= medicine for the body, heart, mind & soul 💖💫🌀

The energy in the room was palpable and bright and filled with power and love. Thank you all for showing up and thank you to the amazing mamas who helped create this sacred space!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Women’s Yoga + Talk finished up tonight. What a beautiful six weeks we shared together - journeying through the landscape of our minds, exploring our bodies, and embracing our emotions.

To say that this group of 8 courageous women was something special is an understatement. The ways in which they bravely & vulnerably shared, the genuine connections they made, and the lessons learned is all such a gift.

What’s next? See you this Fall for a Women’s One Day Retreat. Hope to see you there.

Whether you’ve felt the calling to be “mom” all your life, or you got pregnant by surprise, or anywhere in between, the transition to motherhood is a wild and beautiful ride.

Once you get pregnant and then have the baby, your whole world turns upside down. Everything changes. Your baby is born, and so are you. You are born as mother.

For some, this transition is fairly seamless and filled with love and connection. For others, it can be turbulent or terrifying, and overwhelming. And everything in between.

Our group Rediscover You: Embracing Life Beyond Baby is a sacred space for new (and new again moms) to connect to themselves and their new identity as mom, and to reconnect to what once was but will never be the same.

Led by our very own, Dana Polley, LCSW, PMH-C, she carefully, thoughtfully, and lovingly crafted this group as a home to welcome all parts you.

If you feel like you can use a space to give life to yourself, please reach out! There are a few spots left.
