✨ 1 Month Post-Op Transformation ✨

This patient came to Peak Plastic Surgery Center after developing capsular contracture and a ruptured implant from a previous augmentation. Capsular contracture occurs when scar tissue around the implant becomes unusually tight, leading to pain, distortion, and firmness of the breast.

To correct this, Dr. Barker performed an implant removal and capsulectomy, eliminating the damaged capsule and ruptured implant. At only one month post-op, she is healing beautifully with balanced, natural results and improved comfort!

This patient came to Dr. Barker here at Peak Plastic Surgery after having her last child, with concerns of abdominal skin laxity/damage, separation of her abdominal muscles causing a permanent distended appearance, and loss of her “hour glass” shape of her flanks.

To address these concerns, she underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks. This combination surgery allowed for removal of the damaged/excess abdominal skin skin, repair of her abdominal musculature separation, and restoration of her natural waistline and contour.

📸 At 6 months post-op, she is healing beautifully with an incredible transformation — showing a more sculpted, balanced, and contoured abdominal and flank profile.
