That means refining our approach, strengthening our resources, and continuing to grow a sober community where people feel supported not just during treatment, but long after.

Our goal has always been bigger than a program.

Alongside our IOP and PHP programs, we’re proud to introduce our Community Center. A space designed to support people beyond treatment and into real life.

This center exists to provide connection, resources, and continued support through:
• Recovery Support Services
• Community Resources
• Fitness Center access
• Education
• Housing support

Recovery doesn’t happen in isolation, and it doesn’t end when treatment does. Our community center is here to help individuals build stability, connection, and momentum — one step at a time.

As we finish the final steps before opening, we’re excited to offer a space that supports both healing and long-term growth.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs are designed for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy, but don’t need 24/7 inpatient care.

Foundations has worked hard to provide a level of care that has structured programming, professional support, and accountability. All while still allowing people to return home each day and stay connected to their lives.

It’s often the right fit for those seeking stability, routine, and guidance during a challenging season, without stepping away from work, family, or responsibilities entirely 👏🏼
