Most people look at “getting off the floor” as a fitness test. In my world of Bio-Architecture, I look at it as a baseline for survival.

If you find it difficult to get up off the ground at 40, you’re looking at a structural bankruptcy by the time you’re 80. But here’s the shift: we don’t just want to “get up” when we’re 90+. We want the Structural Armor to thrive once we’re there.
