⏰ FINAL CALL⏰
This is your LAST CHANCE to be counted in today's total.

Your last chance to say: "I believe adults with ADHD deserve support."

Tonight, an adult with ADHD is lying awake feeling broken. Ashamed. Alone.
I’ll let Patrick tell you how that feels…

“I felt all the emotions, going through the darkness that ADHD can bring. But the people in the group were kind. They accepted me. I would say awful things, and they allowed me to. It was OK for me to be in pain. It was OK for me to hurt. It was OK for me to struggle. It was OK for me to be upset at ADHD. It was OK for me to mess up and to have you know these things happen to me. It was OK for me to have ADHD. I wasn't alone in these experiences. The things in my life weren't right and my behavior wasn't necessarily acceptable, but it was understandable.

The facilitators were amazing. They showed me love. They were patient and tolerant. The facilitators created a safe space for me and others to share our experience. The facilitators deftly create and support a group where emotional safety for all participants is the highest priority.” — Patrick K., North Carolina

Tomorrow, they might find ADDA.
Will we be ready for them?

We need YOUR help to finish strong.

There are just hours left to turn frustration into hope for adults with ADHD.
Pills don't teach skills.

Adults with ADHD need MORE than medication:
- Peer support from people who get it
- Skills training for ADHD brains
- A community where they belong

That's what ADDA provides. That's what YOUR gift makes possible.

Let Teresa explain:
“When I was first diagnosed, I felt really ashamed, like something was wrong with me. I didn’t want to tell anyone. It took me a while. I don’t even know how, but I stumbled onto ADDA, and it was just so awesome to me.

“...peer support group helped me so much. I felt welcomed. I felt like I belonged. If I was late, no one was mad at me. I wasn’t alone. I wasn’t bad. There wasn’t something deficient about me. It's just wonderful.

“For me, the biggest thing has been able to make connections to other people with ADHD and stop feeling shame about that and start learning and developing strategies.” — Teresa L., Seattle, WA
