OUR MISSION

To provide support for individuals who are elderly, disabled, or have an intellectual disability, offering client support that allows them to maintain independence in their home. We emphasize personal gains, such as self-esteem, and self-motivation, creating tremendous advantages for both the client and the agency. This is done by the constant training and management principles put in place to maintain a compassionate team dedicated to enabling older adults and impaired individuals the ability to remain at home in a safe and comfortable environment.

Our History

In 2000, our founder opened a state licensed assisted living facility that presently serves senior’s and the mentally ill called Ty’s House, which is presently home for eight clients. Her vision was to create a home care agency with caregivers to provide our clients and their families with competent and quality home care by qualified caregivers.

Shared Touch operates with dignity, dedication and determination to ensure that integrity and maintaining an honest relationship with our clients and the community comes first. Our founder has always been a client’s advocate. She believes that the client is always right, because customer satisfaction is what keeps us in business.
