☀️ Lately, I’ve been very into the little things that make me feel cutesy, stronger, healthier, and more grounded like... 

☕ 🍄 Integrating some into my routine instead of my usual coffee (and you guys know I’m a supplement queen). It gives me steady, clean energy without the jitters or afternoon crash.

🤩 If you want to be a tight little hottie with a small waist, a juicy b***y, and strong legs AND you’re already eating healthy and working out…

I hate to break it to you… but if you want to have toned arms, abs you can see, that’s not going to come from working out and eating healthy.

And no, it won’t happen if you just “give it more time” either. 😮‍💨

For EX: I don’t have 6-pack abs, strut around in my bikini, and have a quad pop because I “eat healthy and work out.”

In fact, all through my 20s/early 30s, I meal prepped, took/taught fitness classes, ran half marathons, did yoga, and lifted weights.

But despite all my efforts, I never actually looked like I worked out.

I was slim and healthy yes, but I never had toned arms, ab definition, or strong legs, and my butt always resembled 🥞 instead of a 💦 🍑 - despite all the squats, lunges, and hip thrusts I did. 

It was really frustrating that I was putting in all this work just to look “average”... ykwim? 😮‍💨

I didn’t want to look average... I wanted to look HOT! 🔥

But going from looking “healthy” to what my body looks like now didn’t come from eating salads, drinking protein shakes, and going to pilates.

🍗 Hot take: If hitting your protein feels hard… that’s not a discipline problem…

How I got visible 6-pack abs in less than 6 weeks… without cutting carbs, living in the gym, or taking weight loss medication. 🔥

Last fall, I spent 30 days traveling the world to Japan, Vietnam, and Bali while supporting my clients from across the world.

I enjoyed local cuisines, ate with zero restriction, and never worried about losing progress.

I then spent Nov and Dec traveling for the holidays, enjoying family traditions, and once again, never worrying about gaining weight.

I knew I wanted 2026 to be the year I pop this body off even more, so in mid-December, I entered a mini cut - which is basically an expedited fat loss phase.

I dropped 7 lbs in just 6 weeks - and after just 32 days…

My abs were popping, my arms looked toned, and I felt tighter and less inflamed.

And honestly, I didn’t have to do that much and it also wasn’t that hard.

The fat melted fast because I had 3 things:

1️⃣ A custom strategy that hit 4 key pillars: Metabolism, Meals, Movement, Mindset.

2️⃣ Consistent ex*****on and I showed up daily.

3️⃣ A fired-up metabolism.

And this is where most people go wrong…

I booked a flight to Costa Rica… to a place I’d never been and knew nothing about… to meet someone I’d never met IRL… with two weeks’ notice. 😅 ✈️

I didn’t over think it, I didn’t google anything, I didn’t research anything, and I didn’t say “maybe another time.”

I trusted the person who said “Nosara is magic. Come work remote here for the week” - and I did. 🌴 💻

I convinced a good friend to join me, packed my bags, spent the money, burned two full travel days, and landed in a small town I knew absolutely nothing about.

And it was one of the best decisions I’ve made all year.

Here’s the thing about high-achieving women…

When we trust ourselves, and we trust the people guiding us, we MOVE. 🚀

✨ We don’t wait until everything is perfect…

SAVE THIS ⛛ Need healthy snacks to support your fat loss, weight loss, and toning goals - whether you’re on the go in your everyday life or on vacation? 📣

It’s a running joke amongst my friends and family that I always have food on me. 👀

And my friend I just traveled to Costa Rica with was super grateful that I packed snacks, because well… she didn’t 🫣 (lol, classic).

This is a common thread amongst health practitioners because we KNOW the benefits of fueling your body and having healthier snacks on hand so you don’t fall into the HANGRY trap of making poor decisions, losing muscle, or skipping meals. 💪🏼

Here are a few snacks I like to pack in my purse, travel bag, and in my car to help me steer clear from being hangry and ravenous for not-so-great decisions and extra unwanted flab.

🍫 Protein bars: Perfect combo of protein, carbs, fats, and fiber. Look for cleaner ingredients, no artificial sweeteners/colors, bonus if it’s > 20 gr of protein and < 8 gr of fat.

🍗 Meat sticks, jerky, and protein powder: Amazing for straight protein with low fat - especially if your restaurant meal was sub par. You can also combine with a protein bar to boost your protein even further. Look for no nitrites/nitrates and no artificial sweeteners.

🫘 Dried edamame or chickpeas: Amazing for healthy carbs, some protein, and fiber. Look for no seed oils.

🍚 Rice bars: Good for a quick, healthier carb that’s low fat and high volume.

🍓 Dried fruit: Good ONLY if you’re in a higher-carb phase (aka building muscle). Could also be nice as a preworkout or as a blood sugar boost. Don’t go overboard on serving size, as it can add up.

❌ DON’T RECOMMEND TRAIL MIX: I steer clear of these because they’re typically high in fat, low on protein, and are easy to go overboard on serving size - aka calories can add up quickly.

🤰🏼 If you want to combat bloating while on vacation, here’s what I actually recommend. 👇🏼

Yes, supporting your body while you’re traveling matters…

… hence the nutritional powders and all the supplements I bring with me to help a sista out.

But it’s actually what you do BEFORE and AFTER the trip that determines how lean, light, tight, strong, and confident you feel on vacation. 🌴

On vacation, I absolutely support my body with the basics like…

💧 Tons of water

🚶‍♀️ Daily movement (like walks and workouts)

😴 Quality sleep

🧘🏼‍♀️ Stretching and/or yoga

💊 Supplements like probiotics, fiber, green powders, digestive enzymes, ginger pills, electrolytes, and stool softeners when needed

These habits and hacks definitely help with digestion, energy, and bloating while routines and foods change, yes, BUT…

If your normal life looks like:

🍹 Frequent alcohol and sugar

🛋 Minimal movement

📈 Higher body fat levels

😟 High stress

🤰 Chronic bloating from poor gut health

…then vacation just exposes what’s already happening - and no amount of supplements or travel hacks are going to magically save you on vacation. 😬

And that’s why so many people feel like they need to “get ready” for a trip by crash dieting and losing 10-15 lbs - OR - they come home and immediately try to undo the 5 lbs they gained.

Neither is good or bad… it’s just not how I want to live my life.

Instead - I prefer to feel vacation-ready all year round. 👙

I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, an amateur chef, and am a big believer in fueling your body properly. I’ve spent my entire life diving into food, whether dissecting the nutrition of each meal, testing and treating personal food sensitivities, or leveraging certain strategies for reaching new goals. Most importantly, I don’t believe in diets, but rather, in sustainable nutrition strategies that break the cycle of deprivation, yo-yo dieting and the weight gain game. By utilizing my nutrition knowledge and my chops in the kitchen, I provide long-lasting strategies and easy-to-implement tactics that allow my clients to feel their best and reach their ultimate potential.
