☀️ Lately, I’ve been very into the little things that make me feel cutesy, stronger, healthier, and more grounded like...
☕ 🍄 Integrating some into my routine instead of my usual coffee (and you guys know I’m a supplement queen). It gives me steady, clean energy without the jitters or afternoon crash.
And with over 2 grams of functional mushrooms for focus, plus L-theanine to help smooth out the stimulant effects, it helps improve my focus, mood, and immune system.

💤 Getting more sleep - aka actually going to bed earlier.
