Hi SiStars, we are gathering again for the Ceiba Women’s Circle February meeting, which features a special creative workshop: Neuro Doodle Art for Creating Intention by Arlette Lucero.

Inspired by Colette Baron-Reid and Anna Denning’s Art of Manifesting, this guided doodling practice helps align your nervous system with your intentions. You will be guided to design a visual intention map to help you realign with your dreams and the unfolding of your life.

This is a space for women of all ages, cultures, and lived experiences to gather in presence, reflection, and collective care. We believe mental health lives in our bodies, stories, and ancestry; when we sit together, we remember we don’t have to carry it alone. Come as you are. No fixing or performing is required, just breathe, connect, and build community.

We are an intergenerational circle and welcome you to bring your daughters, mothers, sisters, and friends.

Hello SiStars, I hope you are all doing well, and thank you for your patience with this post. With the holidays approaching, everything has been moving a little slower. ❤️

We will not have a Women’s Support Circle in November. If you need additional support this month, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are here for you, always.

Our Ceiba Women’s Support Circle is a free, welcoming space for all women to breathe, release, reconnect, and remember who they are. Potluck snacks are always welcome, and donations help keep our gatherings going, but no one is ever turned away.

Theme: From Seeds to Stars: How We Carry the Magic Forward

Decembers theme, From Seeds to Stars, invites us to continue the prayers we placed into the fire ceremony, the dreams we planted, the healing we embraced, and the visions we are calling forward. It’s about learning how to carry that magic into the future by staying aligned, remembering our intentions, and honoring the version of ourselves who is already living the life we prayed for. Together we will nurture our seeds and strengthen the light guiding us into the new year.

Carrying the Fire: Ancestral Healing Ceremony

This is the time in our lives when we come together to release what no longer serves us, to let go of generational trauma, honor our ancestors, and begin to change our DNA for future generations.

We’ll gather in community around the sacred fire to give thanks, remember, and heal together.
