Creating balance through movement & dancing the moment to life Well that's my day job, at night, (truth be told at day also) I am a divine dancer.

My job reminds me to smile often, laugh out loud, take a moment from each day to show gratitude (I so often have more than a moments worth of stuff to be grateful for) flow, flow, and to remember to keep flowing when it feels like I'm sinking. I share asana's with mamas, adapt asanas for persons needing adaptation, design asana funtime to inspire little yogis with playful movement and chanting. Dancing with life's amazing experiences Journeydance is a beautiful expression connecting heart, spirit, and body to the more subtle energies of the Chakra system. Yes, I know they have been connected since our birth some think even beyond, personally I don't remember so this blissful reminder through music, movement, and dance encourages my body back to balance with a new awareness. Please join me as we dance with our joy, love, & open hearts let's journey together as we explore our pain, disappointments & broken hearts. Journeydance is connection, movement, stillness and bliss.

Grow things that make you smile.

Playing with the patio garden this year. Anyone grow with a garden tower? I kinda want one but would love to know what my friends who have or have used them think?
