When we were working to (which we did!) we had a ton of support. We also had folks saying this doesn't happen for pitties. We here's your chance to help King
King has this one animal control event caused when he was stung by wasps or hornets (not sure which). The pain caused him to lash out. The family called Animal Control for HELP. King was court-ordered to the shelter after he bit family members. The family says he is a good dog INCLUDING the family members he bit. They want him to live.
Let's make sure he does.

Hi everyone! We are so excited to get this new fall semester underway and to meet everyone. Here are a few updates:
Currently, we are looking for someone to fill out the treasurer position for this year. If you are interested please email our club president Kaylee at, kaylee.patton@ucdenver.edu for more information.

It's national puppy day and the PVCD wants to help bring awareness to the growing issue of buying pets from puppy mills and backyard breeders that often keep animals in horrendous conditions to maximize their profits. It's always best to adopt from shelters and rescues who truly care for the well being of our animals. Check out this article for more information:
