At Pulse, we help you identify the best next step and build a plan that fits where you are right now.

Winter can affect more than your routine. Shorter days and less sunlight can shift mood, energy, and sleep patterns, and for many people, it shows up as feeling more tired, more irritable, or more “off” than usual.

If this season feels heavier for you, you’re not alone and you don’t have to push through it without support. Small, consistent steps can make a meaningful difference.

If you’re noticing persistent changes in mood or sleep, reach out to our team to discuss options for care and next steps.

Feeling this was is more common than you think! You’re exhausted but your mind won’t shut off. Sleep feels light or inconsistent. Stress feels like it lingers in your body long after the day ends.

A brain map can help identify patterns in brain activity that may be contributing to symptoms like racing thoughts or poor sleep.

If this resonates, send us a message to learn more.

It’s ok to miss a session. Schedules change and life happens. What matters most is consistency over time. Each session builds on the progress from the last, and steady attendance helps you get the best results.

Is there any downtime after MeRT?

For most people, no. MeRT is non-invasive and sessions are designed to fit into real life, so many clients go right back to work, school, workouts, or whatever their day holds right after treatment.

Have questions about scheduling or what a typical visit looks like? DM us “MERT” or book a consult at pulsebraincare.com.

What is a qEEG?

A qEEG (quantitative EEG) is a non-invasive brain map that measures your brain’s electrical activity and compares patterns to healthy norms. Think of it like a snapshot of how your brain is functioning today, so we can understand what may be contributing to things like anxiety, brain fog, sleep issues, mood swings, or feeling stuck in recovery.

At Pulse Brain Care, we use the qEEG to:
• identify areas that may be overactive or underactive
• guide a personalized MeRT plan
• track progress over time with real data

No needles. No pain. Just information that helps us build a clear, targeted path forward.

Is TMS the same as MeRT? Not exactly. 🧠

Both use magnetic stimulation, but MeRT is personalized using a brain map (qEEG) to tailor your protocol and track progress over time.
